No separate communication channels

Once we’ve got started, day-to-day communication will take place via Moneybird actions and tasks. That way, we won’t have to search through individual emails or messages, and everyone will know what still needs to be done.

Moneybird subscription

The Moneybird subscription is not included in the price of Adminbird. You choose the subscription that best suits your business.

Our practical rules

  • You link all your business bank accounts to Moneybird.
  • You must submit receipts and purchase invoices within 48 hours.
  • You can create sales invoices in Moneybird or use an agreed integration with, for example, your online shop, CRM or till system.
  • You submit general administrative documents via Moneybird.
  • Adminbird generally processes bank transactions and documents submitted in full within three working days.
  • Your reports are clearly presented in Moneybird, and VAT and ICP returns are processed directly from the same accounting system.
  • Enquiries regarding specific bookings and missing details are handled via actions and tasks in Moneybird.
