You can complete the entire process online. You enter the company’s details and those of all its owners, complete the onboarding process, and then receive the order confirmation.

What do you need?

Chamber of Commerce number
Business IBAN or bank card with the IBAN clearly displayed
Proof of identity for each owner
A letter from the Tax and Customs Administration containing a VAT registration number or a recent VAT return
In the case of a general partnership: the partnership agreement

You then select the payment frequency, authorise Adminbird to take direct debits and agree to the terms and conditions. Next, you follow the relevant Moneybird process and check the order confirmation.

Payroll administration, if any
Preferred start date
IBAN and authorisation for direct debit in accordance with the chosen payment frequency
